Help with my Virgin Mobile issue
*.I am travelling. When I entered Italy I lost connectivity. I do not have a travel package but wanted to use text in an emergency.**. I've tried to set up an on-line payment through Van city, account * ********. No luck**. I have data shut off. Why do I get roaming warnings while travelling?
I trust that Virgin Mobile will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
