Hi Virgin Active friends,**I am reaching Customer Service because I am not getting the service that we have paid for. **Here’s what’s happening. *Our membership is on a monthly basis since * April of this year. Our membership numbers are ***p***** for Jose Nava and ***p***** for myself, Alexandra Nava **We made our payment for June renewal on * June. Since then, I have not been able to schedule the boot camp and body conditioning classes that I like on my Virgin Active app. *As you must understand, it is a big inconvenience for me since I plan my routine a day in advance. *I already complained in front desk and to Osei Bonsu, Membership Consultant, personally. They both explained that the system must still be updated**So this is what I’m asking for:***. To have my records*payments appropriately updated. **. To be compensated proportional to the inconvenience. I have missed * days of my routine exercises, I would ask for * daily passes or as many as it takes to be resolved.
