Are there any age restrictions for using the facilities?

Asked a year ago
There are age restrictions for using the facilities at Virgin Active. Children aged between 0-15 years old can make use of our designated children's areas, where they can engage in age-appropriate activities under the supervision of our qualified staff. Teenagers aged 16-17 can access the gym floor and participate in group exercise classes, but they must have a completed parental consent form. Members aged 18 and above have full access to all facilities, including the gym, pool, and classes. At Virgin Active, we aim to create a safe and inclusive environment for all age groups, ensuring everyone can enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.
