Yes, you can temporarily freeze your membership at Virgin Active. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise where you may not be able to use your membership for a period of time. To freeze your membership, simply visit your nearest Virgin Active club and speak to a member of our staff. They will guide you through the process and help you complete the necessary paperwork. Please note that a freeze fee may apply, and the duration of the freeze period is subject to certain restrictions. Freezing your membership allows you to retain your membership benefits and avoids the need for cancellation and rejoining fees. It's just another way we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued members.
