I was trying to call the Philipines, in which I got through. Unfortunately, the call lasted about* - ** minutes, then it was dropped. ... I signed up for the *** min. $**.** @ month plan. I made an international call which lasted abut ** min. Then my call was dropped. I tried calling back and got a reply saying that I had money to pay for the call. My concern is, what happend to the *** min. plan I bought. Not very happy about this.
This was especially frustrating becasue I had just bought the service less than ** hrs. ago
I need someone to correct this problem for me. I'd rather talk to A HUMAN BEING than to follow written instructions. I think as a customer, I deserve that.
I am a new customer. However, I've very discouraged about renewing my monthly subscription if I can't get the help to resolve it. Right now, i'm out of service after paying $**.** for it.
