Dear Viagogo,**I sold * of my tickets out for Maroon * concert in Bangkok (* March ****). I uploaded th e-tickets already, and the buyer can collect the plastic*paper tickets on the event day. **Based on my exprerience from previous concerts, to collect tickets on the event day, they need:*- eTicket*- first purchaser passport (based on eTicket)*- first purchaser credit card (based on eTicket)**For my Maroon * sold out tickets sale, i uploaded e-ticket already to viagogo, but viagogo did not ask my passport and credit card for this ticket purchase. So in this case, do i need to provide copy of my passport and credit card to Viagogo, and later buyer are able to collect the ticket on event day?, or you can handle it already?.**Can you help me to solve this, so guarantee that i can get paid completely.**Many thanks.
