I noticed that the tickets with Timothy Connor's name were issued instead of Tanz Eaton, for whom they were purchased. I bought Lakers game tickets for this Saturday, October 6th, back in June. I paid for them, and the money was debited from my account, so the purchase went through. However, I never received a confirmation email verifying the successful delivery of the tickets. Although I was provided with a confirmation number, I did not get an email. The website mentioned trouble sending emails to my address and wouldn't allow me to add another one. Currently, I can't access my account and still haven't received the email with my tickets for this week's game. I've tried reaching out for support to no avail. I purchased tickets for Everything Everything in Dublin on October 7th but was informed of a sudden change in ticket collection dates, making it impossible for me to collect them as planned. I have non-refundable flights from London and despite contacting the helpline, no alternative solutions were offered. Viagogo made an error by initially stating I could collect the tickets on the event day and later changing it to earlier dates. I purchased 3 tickets for BTS for the show on October 10th. My order ID is [redacted]5. When I contact Viagogo about my tickets, they always respond that the seller is waiting for ticket release from the organizers. I checked with Ticketmaster and AXS, the only two ticketing organizers, and they confirmed that all tickets, including paper and e-tickets, have been released and delivered. Despite this, Viagogo insists that the seller is waiting for ticket delivery before sending them to me. I have tried emailing multiple times since yesterday without any response. I am concerned that my tickets may not arrive, and I feel like I might be a target of a scam. I spent nearly [redacted] on all three tickets, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

We were supposed to receive our tickets a week before the concert happening in 2 days, but they haven't arrived yet. I contacted viagogo on Twitter, but they ignored the situation. Someone from viagogo messaged my friend on Wednesday, suggesting we collect the tickets in England. We provided our address in Poland for a reason. This seems suspicious to me.

I would like to point out that the website Viagogo is violating laws by not disclosing hidden charges on their ticket purchasing platform. When my partner bought two tickets, they were charged an additional Euro 95 on top of the already high ticket prices, resulting in a total cost of Euro [redacted] for two Mark Knopfler tickets. During the ticket processing, an email address was requested without asking for a password in the customer site details. However, when attempting to contact customer service about the purchase, they required an email address and password, even though no password was initially set up, and they do not accept one if provided. This lack of transparency and customer support is concerning. I am from Ireland and plan to speak out about this on a radio program called "Nationwide" hosted by Joe Duffy. I will expose Viagogo's practices, including the hidden charges and failure to provide proper customer service. I urge others to be cautious when buying tickets from Viagogo as they do not seem to be a legitimate company. A full refund is expected unless these issues are addressed promptly.
