Help with my ViaGoGo issue

ViaGoGo doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-kayswis will need to dig through the advice provided by ViaGoGo, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-kayswis can let us know if they help or not.

Hello, I have been emailed Viagogo Help Desk since **rd June. I have had updates that its been passed over to the customer service team but I haven't heard anything since **th June.**Original issue below* *We arrived at the venue, and was refused entrance numerous times due to a invalid document being sent out to me and no tickets. The only documentation I had received was through the post, it was a large envelope and inside was a piece of paper with a conformation order in (Nothing else, no tickets just a piece of paper). It stated the amount of tickets I had purchased, the date and event it was for, my email, address and contact details. Therefore I thought this would be fine as it had all the conformation details on it I should have needed to get into the venue. So on Saturday **rd June **** we arrived at the event, after travelling over *.* hours and spending over £*** on train tickets. We queued for over ** minuets to be denied entrance due to my conformation piece of paper not being a valid ticket and having a barcode on it. We was was told to go to the ticket counter to see if we had to collect our tickets, so we did. Only to get to the ticket counter and be told they do not accept tickets from your company Viagogo. The man behind the counter then continued to tell me I needed to contact my buyer to try sort out the situation. I contacted yourselves and was told I could have more tickets posted to me? I was already at the event and it was a Saturday so this 'solution' was ridiculous. I was then told you needed to contact your buyer and see if there was anything they could do, and I would be called back. I even passed the phone over to the man behind the counter so you could speak to him and confirm that this is not our fault and that in-fact we have paid for tickets and we should be allowed entrance. This still didn't work and we was still denied entrance. At this point I was getting very upset, I had spent a lot of money on these tickets and they was brought as a birthday gift. As we waited for the call back we spoke to numerous members of staff at the event to try to explain how far we have travelled and how much money we have spent on not only our event tickets but our train tickets also. Nothing could be done about the fact we never had tickets sent to us. We was denied entrance numerous times and even after showing conformation emails and ID and the only thing sent out to me which was the piece of paper no one would let us into the event. This caused us a lot of stress as we had to then travel *.* hours home again for being refused entrance. I then explained to the lady when she rang back what the situation was and that we had no other choice but to go home. I then asked for a full refund for the event tickets considering we was refused entrance and did not attend the event that I had paid £***.** for. I would also like to be refunded for my train tickets for this event due consequential loses. It was not my fault we was refused entrance due to your company never providing me with tickets for the event. I have now lost out on over £*** on event tickets and train travelling tickets and a full refund and payment for my train tickets* due to consequential loses.**Please can someone please just get back to me with an update regarding my refund.**Thanks,*Kayleigh
