I purchased tickets for a SEEED concert in Leipzig through Viagogo, but later found out that the resale of the tickets is not allowed, and if so, only at the original price. I promptly contacted Viagogo after realizing this, explained the issue, drafted a withdrawal declaration, and requested the purchase to be canceled. After reading more about Viagogo's questionable support practices, I am reaching out to you directly for assistance. I hope you can resolve this matter quickly. I have revoked the direct debit authorization in writing and informed my bank to cancel the transaction, making the debit unjustified.
Ideally, the withdrawal does not go through, and the cancellation proceeds smoothly.

I would like to inform you that the expenses incurred during my trip to Belgrade are detailed in the invoice attached. When I purchased the ticket, it was guaranteed that I would receive it via email in the days leading up to the event. However, on Thursday, I received your communication stating that my ticket was not available and offering alternative options at a higher cost. By that time, I was already in Belgrade and unable to afford additional expenses. Consequently, I found myself in Belgrade without a ticket and was unable to attend the event. I am still in disbelief. They have now informed me that I am not entitled to a refund. I paid £[redacted] for 2 tickets to see Lionel Richie without realizing the exorbitant prices. Despite my numerous attempts, I never received a confirmation and the dashboard did not display any purchase. It's come to light that they claim my email was [redacted], which was never acknowledged. After several unhelpful replies, incorrectly referencing tickets to A-Ha instead of Lionel Richie, I resorted to purchasing two new tickets from Ticket Master at a total of £[redacted]. This is vastly more than the tickets' actual value of £50 each. The situation has caused me significant distress and anxiety. I feel deeply wronged and deceived by this whole ordeal.

I purchased Rolling Stones tickets for my Mum's 70th birthday. We will be traveling to Manchester from Nottinghamshire. According to the tracking website, the tickets are set to arrive on the 5th of June, the same day as the concert. This is very inconvenient. Viagogo needs to arrange for the tickets to be delivered to the original address by Saturday, June 2nd, or to an alternate address by Monday, June 4th. I am willing to cover any additional costs. My dad and I will be traveling from Dubai and China to Russia, respectively. We have flights booked to arrive in Russia on June 18th. To ensure we receive the tickets on time, we need them delivered no later than June 12th so we can obtain the Fan ID, which requires 3 days. Since delivery takes 5 business days, the tickets must be dispatched by June 4th, this upcoming Monday. I have been trying to contact Viagogo without success.

I listed my festival ticket on viagogo because I was unsure if my friend would attend. Despite trying to remove it before it sold, the poor internet connection in my new rural location made it challenging. When my friend decided to go, I believed I had taken the ticket down, but it seems I made a mistake. I am only 16 and do not have a steady income, so losing the £20 has been difficult. I purchased and sold a World Cup ticket via viagogo. I need to send it to the new buyer using FedEx International Priority, but they can't deliver as the buyer is in the same city (Lima). My Croatia vs Argentina sale was canceled, which was $[redacted].
Now my Germany vs Mexico sale is also going to be canceled, which is another $[redacted].
Please resolve this issue urgently! For the Argentina vs Croatia match, the order ID for the sale is [redacted]5, and the purchase order ID is [redacted]2. For the Germany vs Mexico match, the order ID is [redacted]7 for the sale and [redacted]2 for the purchase.
I made plans based on these sales, and now I cannot attend the matches. You cannot confirm the sale and then cancel it. This is not my fault if you have a software issue. Please fix this, or I will consider legal action against Viagogo.

I recently purchased tickets for the Katy Perry concert and was pleased with the overall process. However, during the payment confirmation, I noticed an unexpected delivery fee was added. Although I selected seats together, they are listed as separate (seat 6 and 10). As I will be attending with my teenage daughter, sitting together is crucial. I was charged a total of £28 for two £9 "fees" and two £5 delivery charges. I find this excessive and would like clarification on the £9 charge. I bought a Rolling Stone ticket for my husband's birthday present, and it hasn't arrived for our Friday trip to Cardiff. UPS tracking shows the ticket was supposed to be delivered since the end of June, with daily promises of delivery that never happen. The tracking stopped with the last scan at midnight on Tuesday in Tamworth. UPS has mentioned the ticket is off the radar, advising me to contact Viagogo for a dispute. However, I can't reach them as it's just an answering machine with instructions to check the UPS website for tracking. With our trip being tomorrow, it seems too late. I managed to secure a ticket directly from the stadium cheaper than what I paid via Viagogo. I've tried emailing Viagogo multiple times with no response within the promised 24 hours. At this rate, I may not hear back before the concert, so I request a full refund.

Concerned about not receiving any ticket details, I checked and saw that ViaGoGo had information stating the tickets had been delivered. Upon using the UPS tracking number provided, UPS indicated that the tickets were placed in Lost and Found. I am scheduled to be in Florence and Bologna starting tomorrow.
