I made the purchase on the *st of April **** in the amount of RM*,*** or EUR***.** using my Raiffeisen Card - the confirmation of payment is in the attached credit card statement (in the very first line). **I've just now noticed I never received the confirmation. I've logged into my Viagogo account and it says there is NO PURCHASE HISTORY. Yet I've PAID for the tickets.**Attached is also a screenshot of the confirmation of purchase that I took to send to my friend who is going with me to the concert. **I've tried to use your Help Centre and I've also tried calling you. But with no purchase history and no confirmation email, the only way to contact you is via this email. **Please send me my confirmation email asap!
