Hi*I had to get a new phone on ** November of**** and the Russell cellular store in monroe la on Louisville Ave is where I got the new phone. They said someone took it home and didn't like it and it would only cost me *** dollars for the phone.*Right before hurricane Laura hit us this price of garbage Samsung Galaxy a** was in need of replacement as told to me by an actual Verizon rep.**I got the replacement phone but I can't even call Verizon from where I'm about to move-in very rural northeast Louisiana!!!!!*I'm paying for service and a device I despise and can't even call except if walk ** miles to a hwy@@!!!!!*Please advise me on how to switch my paid contract to att which even works in the bathroom here.
