The issue in GetHuman-deenathe's own words
First I had a contract with two payments left on my phone*and it off when I purchased iphone **. The phone was lost and Fed Ex said to cancel the order, which I did. Placed another order and I waited for delivery and after complaining, your company said, sorry the second phone failed to be ordered at which time I cancelled. My phone bill was higher when it should have been much lower. Please resolve this issue and inform me of my new monthly bill and make sure all the discounts apply, such as *** and any others. Also for all the grief you have put me through you should give me additional credit. I am upset that your on line chat is the worse I ever encountered and I will never even try to use. Adjust my payments before i bring this to my banks attention. After all the years with you, since you were Alltel I have been a loyal customer and this is the way I'm treated. $ ***. and cents is not what my monthly payment should be. Please advise asap. By person please. ***-***-****
