There is no dial tone. This is an annoyance that we woul*d like to end.**I had hoped that your record of calls made to our telephone number might lead to identifying the source of these calls, but, as far as I know, this has not been pursued. I have been told that there is only one Verizon "team" that is authorized to share this information. How does one persuade it to act? Two lengthy support chats have not yet led to a solution.**A repair request ticket *MAAT**PB** regarding this problem was issued and subsequently closed without solving the problem, since it persists. I had a follow-up call from Verizon asking if I was the one who had talked to the Verizon repair person during the visit. Since there had been no technician visit, I could not answer affirmatively. A Verizon technician tells me there is nothing he can do about this.**I am not particularly interested in signing up for Caller ID, since I'm not sure it would work in this situation.
