Need support in regards to a new service for * lines started on ******. The online representative offered free switch over since we came over from another carrier and a $*** prepaid gift card.**We made an appoint with the local Verizon Store. During the process the sales rep said that the manager would not honor the free port over or the gift card. She recommended we contact customer support.*She did a great job setting us up almost ***%.
