I have speaking with people at Verizon and Verizon store. I bought the Moto Z * February and my * weeks later phone started turning off and on by itself. Then Covid** happened. Every time I tried to call on hold for hours or will get call back. Nothing. Spoke with * different people on Saturday as one person said it's covered under manufacturer warranty then they said it needs a claim . Then they said I should h* lost the phone. Then they transferred me back to sales and she tells me well it's probably just a bad phone it happens. She tries to convince me to purchase a phone because she says I would run the risk of getting another bad phone as it would be a returned phone I'd be sent as oppose to a new one. I said does it make sense to by another phone if all Verizon is saying is that's a risk I have to take. I asked how is that safe practice during Covid** and otherwise. Seema like bad practice. Who can help with this or is this just the way it is?
