My phone bill and charges are much more than I was told they would be. My next bill is stated to have a $**.** one time charge per device on top of the $**.** charge for each line for the plan charge. On top of that, there’s a $** activation fee. One of the phones is a flip phone and will not be utilized with data....I was under the impression that it wouldn’t be under the same data plan due to lack of usage and I didn’t want to pay for that. I would really like to talk to someone over the phone to discuss and resolve the issue. Thank you!
