My internet usage has spiked this month for some unknown reason. Nothing has changed on our side and we want to know what is causing it. I need Verizon Wireless to tell me why this has happened, return the overage charges that I feel were incurred erroneously and help me resolve it.

I called the voice number and waited a half hour for someone to answer. Get human gave me the number but the GetHuman dialer robot did not get me through before someone on the voice line came on. They explained everything to my satisfaction and I upped my plan.
