I need to calm down ... I went into VERIZON to get my replacement phone set up that was covered by ins on an emergency situation (had to travel two he's my mother had a heart attack) I have them over *** $ and they did nothing but lie to me. I am livid
I was in an emergency situation and was taken advantage of
Calling me and allowing me to speak with a honest live person that is not going to tell me one thing and in the end get charged more this happens all the time
Because we spend over ***$ a month on phone service and constantly told one thing then get charged more when all said and done
