I am writing this email. Because back in March I purchased * phones from your company and paid bill always Now the problem I am having is that you had a special going on if you buy * Samsung Galaxy * you got one free. For the length I have had the phone you have been charging me for both phones. Why was I charged for both phones when one phone was suppose to be free. Now I know it's now January and I am coming to you with this problem but I expect to find out why this happened and if I can get credited for the mistake. Your representative we had at the Verizon store in Rochester NY on West Ridge Rd and Fetzner Rd she did not do very good job. They couldn't even get my phone number to switch because they were not putting in the right numbers for it to switch. Can I get a credit for Verizon's mistake or not. It was the store associates who messed up. Wanting to go on break instead of taking care of customers first. Why would a company let their employees do phone deals and not know what they are doing.Please let me know if I can get credited for the mistake Thank you
