I am supposed to be getting text notifications which I used to get. Here is what the services said***“The messages are sent from a shortcode with the number ****** --- you may want to contact your cell carrier to make sure they are not blocking short codes. **And, short code messages are a bit different that normal text messages and sometimes if your phone is turned off, they bounce.” **My phone is never turned off and I used to get these. I live on an island and this service is close to me and I used to get them. What could be the problem? They said to contact you. **Please help me! Thank you!
