If you are having device or service issues with your phone then you should bring the phone into the closest Verizon store. You can find the closest Verizon store by using this link here https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores/. Bring your phone and account information with you to the Verizon store and they should be able to help you.

I recently purchased my phone, it has been working just fine until today. As i was away from wifi, it was not allowing me to use the internet or any app that required wifi or data usage. I had been able to previously by using my mobile data. I know I have plenty of data left for the month. When I go to settings it doesn't allow me to click on the cellular tab and says "no SIM", now suddenly I cant make phone calls, including to tech support
GetHuman-heatjust did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless should do to make this right.
