The issue in GetHuman1623015's own words
Unable to receive text*The problem is this. I have two remote door locks that require a pin number be entered every time the doors are accessed*In turn, the lock company (Remote Lock) sends me a text indicating that someone has unlocked a door. However, I'm not receiving that text.*Remote Lock informed me that the text they send starts out as an email address and is then converted to a random phone number.*Remote Lock sent me a very light copy of the log that shows a text addressed to my cell number as such, To: *****@***.com*The company suggest that I ask the carrier (Verizon) to unblock the email address *****@***.com. Is this possible?*Any assistance you can provide is deeply appreciated.
