So I went into Verizon in Atlantic iowa and had hooked up a phone I just bought well the way I did it was I went into one Verizon store and got a sims card well the first guy didn’t even activate the card and I didn’t know that I had already gotten the calling card to put time on my phone. Well come to find out my sims card wasn’t even activated so I went into a different Verizon store in Atlantic when I got there they guy that was helping me got the card activated and everything was set up the time was on my account that way I had data texting and calling it even showed on his computer so I left didn’t even think about trying to call before I left. Then once I got home I tried to call to make sure it worked and it didn’t. So I used a different phone to call up to the last Verizon store I was just at and the guy said sometimes it can take up to a few hours for it to work so I waited * hours and still nothing now I’m still sitting here with nothing being done no phones still and I’m suppose to have * phones that are working and neither of them do I don’t know what the problem is both phones show there activated I have two new numbers I have money on my account but no service to them at all
