My bill is consistently increasing. I have no clue what the $* one time charge on a recent bill called "The new Verizon Plan Medium *GB" is and why it's on my account. There's also a .** charge for "long distance" on a recent bill that doesn't make any sense to me. And why is the surcharge and government taxes and fees not only different each month, but different for each line for the same month?**I'm concerned with the constant changing (increasing) fees. My bill for * line was approximately $***month on average for quite some time and since I've added a line for my mother, it's increased from $**.** the first month all of the way up to $*** this past month.**I'd like the bill to be reviewed and lowered, including credits for previous one time charges that are not applicable. I have been with Verizon for a long time, but will be considering my options elsewhere if I'm unable to see my monthly bill go down along with a guarantee that it will not continue to fluctuate so much in the future.
