I had *G of data and somehow it dropped to *G and I’ve gotten overage charges twice. Also, the gps on my iPhone SE is not working. I stopped into a Verizon store for help but wasn’t given any service. I was (rudely) told to call customer service or go to an Apple Store, that it wasn’t their problem. I called customer service and sat on hold for ** minutes and all she could do was give me a complimentary gig for this month without adding exorbitant charges to my bill. “There’s nothing I can do.” **I have been a customer for at least a decade. Loyalty should be valued.
