Waiting on two iPhone xr that I ordered and had overnighted on ********. Faliure to deliver my order on the guaranteed time Verizon wireless had agreed to. Instead of waiting another day on delivery if I could just pick up the two phones I have ordered and made payment for at the local Verizon wireless store in mt.Sterling,Ky would allow my employees and I to continue our scheduled day. They have the phones in stock. I dont't want to cancel order and payment already made mainly cause if cancelled it may take hrs or days for payment to return back to the correct account & amount. Being behind at work I would really appreciate if Verizon and there employees would help me resolve this problem as soon as possible. The local Verizon store has always been helpful. Thank you
