Payment was paid to Verizon for my son's phone using my credit card. Verizon informed me that my payment was never received even though my credit card company confirmed the charge went through. This resulted in the phone being turned off. Since my card has been charged, I want Verizon to locate my payment of $**.** and credit it back to my account. This goes back to around September **, **** with numerous calls between my credit card company and the countless reps from Verizon Wireless. I would like this resolved and finalized.
