Good morning I just received a message saying my account is past due and I need to make payment by end of day to avoid interruption but I previously set up paying ***$ every Friday in order to catch up my bill and this was okayed by the financial department so this shouldn’t be happening then I was put in the hospital for two weeks which left me unable to pay due to lack of income from being hospitalized which I can send verification of if needed I set up payment arrangement to pay ***$ by September ** and I plan on sticking to this but I want to make sure that like financial services told me I am all set to do so I also talked to a representative again while in the hospital who said I would have it noted in my account notes that I was in the hospital which is why I couldn’t pay until I was back at work which I am and will pay ***$ on September ** please do not interrupt service as promised I will pay ***$ on September ** along with whatever extra I come up with in between now and then I just paid sixty dollars the other day to show good faith and I will complete ***$ payment on September ** thank you for understanding during this medically trying time!
