If you are having device or service issues with your phone then you should bring the phone into the closest Verizon store. You can find the closest Verizon store by using this link here https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores/. Bring your phone and account information with you to the Verizon store and they should be able to help you.

I did need to go to the Verizon store.....they were never able to get a human to talk to!!! I did get a new security number. I was able to set up another account. It shows I have paid for September and NO ONE knows how that happened!!! We will see what happens in October!!
