The problem: My bill is the problem.
You cannot talk live to anyone.
I want to talk to someone about my bill. Verizon is not in tune with what their customers want. The ability to pick up their phone and have a live conversation with a representative. I myself will be looking for a new carrier. I have wanted to talk live to someone in the past and cannot. It is red ridiculous!!!! You have one unhappy customer here and I know of many others who are unsatisfied.
