I have been charged for services that I have not used. As in I apparently have an account and am currently being charged for a phone plan yet. "My" sim card was never activated! I do not see why I should be paying for services that I have never used. I just want the charges dropped. I've been placed on hold by another verizon customer service rep (Literally as I speak) for ** minutes, or an hour and fifteen minutes in total. Please help me.
