On *-** I changed my number from ***-***-**** to ***-***-****. The prompt said up to two hours to activate....it has still not been activated. I cannot access my account on line. Using ***-***-****, Customer service will give me a balance and payment due date but can't get past that. Will you please activate this number for me?
GetHuman-tomwatki did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless should do to make this right.
