Phone is running very slowly, I know it needs updated but whenever I click "updates" it acts like it is loading something and won't stop. I don't have a computer to update it thru iTunes, and my iCloud is completely full and am unable to download because I don't have the newest version of IOS. Also, the earpiece is very quiet even on its loudest volume level.
I trust that Verizon Wireless will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
