I want to extend my time to pay my wireless telephone bill this month. I've been caring for my sick elderly mother. I can not drive my car because my car needs * brand new tires put on them which are on order so I can't get to the bank to put the money in to pay my bill on time AND when I try to schedule a promise to pay it won't accept that answer and go back to the choices!!!! NEED I SAY ANYMORE!?!?!?!
I trust that Verizon Wireless will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
