My primary cellphone has died. ****-***-*****I did the cleaning as requested and the phone will not come back on. My third Samsung * edge shares same number (***)***-**** that I forget I never changed out. It has no internet access. Can't find phone I am paying that goes with my third line. My diary app had all my p***codes and was deleted when purged (***)***-****. Found this Moto cellphone but not used so no current access to correct on my own? HELP!
I trust that Verizon Wireless will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
