Iv been a customer since **** my number got lost got a new one and the old one was assigned to post paid i never had a post paid account my payments were going to the post paid account and not my prepaid account. After fighting for a year I got a attorney and Verizon quickly agreeed to fix the issue and. There was a block on my account preventing any credits being issued due to the issue. After attorney spoke with Verizon they agree red it would be removed and I would be Abel to receive credits it never was removed I called today I have a child in the hospital and asked for a attention on my service for * days was told could not apply it because of the block, then was told it was removed and it was not. I am a very unhappy customer and I am contacting my attorney back today and I am considering switching to a new provider if they can't help me and resolve the issue then I'm done
