I was attempting to switch my version Prepaid phone to a Straight Talk SIM card. When I did, I was prompted to enter a code, that I could only get by calling ***-***-****. However, I was not able to, because my only phone is the one I'm attempting to switch. I took my Verzion Pre-paid phone to both the Verzion store and to my local Wal-Mart (where pre-paid stuff is sold) and tried to get the issue resolved. **However, I found out at Wal-Mart that only my Verzion pre-paid phone could dial ***-***-**** and connect. My number (***-***-****) is no longer considered a Verzion number for some reason, and the associates at Walmart are not able to switch anything. This is quite frankly ridiculous, and I would like to talk to an actual person and resolve this shitshow of a SIM change.
