I switched from a regular plan to a prepaid plan. I paid*$**.** at the Verizon store. I was told I would receive an email when the next payment was due. I did not!!! So I paid $**.** to you by bill pay and it was received by you. Now I get a notice saying my payment is overdue. Where did my payment go??? I received no instructions if it was to go to another address. I have called a dozen numbers over the last few days and I cannot reach a human to discuss this matter. I am beyond frustrated.
