Have not been able to use reward for subscribing to FIOS tv service, to purchase Samsung products online. Began by redeeming reward, going to Samsung site, placing order & providing credit card info. Before I was able to check out, lost all info on the site. Spoke with Samsung customer service, and they suggested Verizon may be able to reactivate reward feature. They have no way of tracing order since I was unable to complete process**I have gone back to the email from Verizon which originally permitted me to redeem the reward. However, going back to the email now, and signing on, there is no option for redeeming the reward. On the Samsung site, there is info regarding the status of my order at the time I lost contact, but no way to go back to complete the order and apply Verizon's reward amount.

GetHuman-sfkyee did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
