I have had your service for a month now. I had to pay a lot of money just to have it installed. FYI- comcast does all of that for free. I have to say It is not user friendly. I can't tape a series without taping all the reruns. my phone stopped working and they are coming to look at it Monday but are charging me for this service??? Any issues I had with Comcast were taken care of them free of charge. My phone stopped working and Its been one month!! I call in and the recorded message never even mentioned the phone so I don't hit any option or try zero to get a live person on the phone and I am hung up several times. The customer service stinks, the service is not user friendly. I am not real happy with this so far. Just thought you should know
