I made a transfer from venmo to my bank account. It was a small amount twice because i wanted to make sure it would go through. It did. I tried transferring the rest of my money from my venmo to my bank account. And it said something went wrong. I checked my emails and I have a message from venmo at *:** am on Sun saying it is frozen and I need to send in verification. I am not sure if it is because a friend of mine paid for my appointment to receive my chemo since I could not get the money transferred until the next day and i put a comment that there was extra for gas. I am not sure if that is the problem or if it is because I tried adding my debit card to my account and it said it could not be used at that time. I was told by my bank earlier in the day when I called to wait a little while after making a change to my account and try again. So I did and it gave me an error saying I couldn't use that card. I am in need of this so I can continue to receive my medical treatment.
