I have two Venmo accounts, one I do not use anymore that is connected to an old phone number (***-***-****) and email address (*****@***.com). I was sent $**.** today from Vincent Roebuck to the old account and cannot access it since I no longer have that phone number (I do have access to the old email address). The new phone number for my new account is ***-***-****, and the new email is *****@***.com. I also have a new debit card that is not linked to the old account so I am unable to verify my identity via phone number or card number. The old account is under @noelle-iaccarino, and the new one is under @noelle-Cuellar. They are both connected to the same PayPal account. I would like help in retrieving the money from the old Venmo account and either putting it in the new account or transferring it to PayPal. Thank you.
