I don't use Venmo often except with * adult children who are in CA and with international students I have hosted while they were in high school and then go off to college. The most recent student from China just went to SUNY Plattsburgh, arrived today, is awaiting * boxes of winter clothes and college bedding I bought for her and I got a message to friend her on Venmo so she can pay me back. I was on my computer at the time, tried to sign in ha ing forgotten I had never done it from the desktop. I signed up and used *****@***.com and had to get a new password and accepted my former host student as a friend. Later received a notice that she accepted and tried to get in by my phone. When I clicked the link for Venmo it showed an email *****@***.com. I then remembered I originally signed up on my IPad. So I assumed I had to sign up again on the phone using *****@***.com. It got to asking for my phone *and when I put it in it says this phone is already on another account which I realize is me with the other email! Please help me fix this!**I will email my former host student of the problem that she can not send any repayment for the bedding until this is fixed. I AM SO SORRY.
