I bought a DLC for a broken game before I knew the game was broken. Tried to return the DLC and steam employees don't even read the details, they just send me a "You can't return this because you've played the game for more than * hours" message- which is ridiculous as I haven't touched the DLC, just the base game. So, what we can't ever return DLC's?**I'd like to return Magicka: Vietnam as I haven't played that DLC at all. Valve just keeps giving me the automated "No" response without even looking into it.
