The issue in GetHuman-ksom's own words
Hi, we reserved a condo in Sanibel Florida from Andrew and Andrea Ruppert in March ****. *I have canceled the reservation by text and email due to the red tide down there on Tuesday, Aug *, ****. **Andrew Ruppert and I had a phone conversation about the cancelation and he said that I could reschedule within a year or just cancel and lose my *** deposit.*I told him I would talk to my husband and let him know. **On Tuesday, August *, ****, a few hours after our phone conversation I sent him a text and emailed him messages that we would like to just cancel and not reschedule. *I have not heard a word from Andrew. *Today Aug *, ****, I called home and cell and left messages no one answered.**Aug *, ****, I mailed his condo key back to him and I text him the tracking number. I have not heard anything from him. **I would like the monies due to me $****.** to be refunded. **I paid Mr. Andrew in checks. **I have email proof of all monies received by Mr. Andrew. **Thank you Sue Somerville
