The issue in GetHuman-aprilho's own words
We stayed a in Las Vegas condo (property ********) for * days for a business trip and thought we left the place immaculate (including buying a new coffee maker and leaving it since we were unable to find one to use). However, the owner sent a note the evening we left saying we put one of his plug in air fresheners on his dresser and the oil came out and stained the dresser. He included a close up photo. The person that stayed in the room did not remember putting that on the dresser or ever seeing it there. The towels for use were on that dresser as well as instructions about using squeegie on shower and what to do with towels at end of stay, which she repeatedly read the morning of our leaving. She did not see that laying there or smell anything. (This would've been right beside the instruction sheet.) He has emailed me saying this cannot be fixed without changing the entire look of the dresser and wants to know how we plan to deal with this. He also called me today to discuss. I was unable to talk with him at the time due to business so am not sure exactly what it is he is wanting from us. Having never had an incident happen at any of the *-** home rentals we've done I want to see what VRBO recommends as a course of action. Please advise.*Thank you for your help,*April Hoffman
