Question about my coverage. I requested a cancellation in December due to a change of carrier. Your rep assured me it would be cancelled at the end of December. However I have been charged for coverage in January despite your employees confirmation of cancellation. My bank is already going about the return on this charge, but I need someone to cancel my service with physical proof of my policy’s termination. If this can not be resolved cordially, then I will have to either take legal steps or seek out a measure from my bank to be further compensated for the lack of action on your company’s part.
