The issue in GetHuman-hkunz's own words
My son was born June *, and United keeps calling, I assume for something about him, but they just blast through the phone number too fast to copy, so if I answer the phone, don’t make them leave a message, I lose the phone number, and have no way to let you know about this. I can’t use caller ID, because the number you use doesn’t recieve calls, it’s always busy signal.**Also, we keep getting a card for him that says, “baby boy Kunz”, when we knew his name when he was born, as did the hospital, and filled out the paperwork right at the hospital when he was two days old, and managed to get through your phone system to ensure that you had the name.* We now have received three cards, all say “baby boy.” Can we please get a card with his name on it?
