I’ve been on hold for * hour ** minutes trying to reach an agent to retrieve my confirmation * and copies of my receipt and itinerary. I did not have a mileage plus number when I made my reservation, so even if I could sign in to the app, I could not retrieve any information. There should be another way to access my reservation... name, phone number, address, flight number, email, SOMETHING. This has been ridiculous!
GetHuman-netshopp did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.

I don’t really have a good answer. I did eventually get the information I needed, but I stayed on hold beyond * hour ** minutes until an agent answered. That’s unreasonable under any circumstances. The agent could access my reservation immediately with just my phone number. I should have been able to do something similar. United still needs to create the ability to do this and to greatly reduce the time on hold waiting to reach an agent.
