Help with my United Airlines issue
The issue in GetHuman-carlfred's own words
Survive ... We were supposed to leave at *:**pm. First we were told we were ** minutes ahead of schedule, great! Then we waited on the ground. We were told we were **th in line for take-off? Why? What’s the delay? Why would you board a plane with this kind of delay? If you didn’t know there would be this delay, why not? Are communications that difficult? **So then we were told we are number ** for take-off and we would be taking off on half an hour. Why were we bumped? For what possible reason are we still on the ground? After another half hour we were told we were number ** for take-off and we would be leaving in half an hour, again! Now it is *:**pm and we have been told that we are fifth in line. Are we still landing ** minutes ahead of schedule? Doubt it! Expect a lot of requests for refunds from the three of us.
